ACCOUNTABILITIES
Any outstanding accountabilities must be cleared up before your report card will be mailed home. Please come to the Assistant Principal’s office (Room 1030) to settle your account.

Bocce Practice
Bocce practice on Tuesdays and Fridays right after school. Meet in Room 2048, and then we'll go right out to the field. Don't miss out!

Book Drive
Building with Books will be hosting a book drive in conjunction with the Staples Book Fair during the week of May 19-23. This will benefit Bridgeport Public Library. Feel free to donate new or gently used books.

Connecticut Sun Foundation Bright Horizons Scholarship

Connecticut Sun is offering a $10,000 scholarship ($2,500 annually) to a graduating Connecticut high school senior who will be attending an accredited 4 year college or university in the state of Connecticut. EXTREME BADMINTON
There will be "open practice" for students interested in playing badminton on MONDAY, May 12th. For all interested students, games will begin @ 2:30 in the gym. See Coach Shamas for details.

All books, DVDs, and other borrowed materials are due back to the LMC by Friday, May 30. Please check you bookbags, lockers, etc. for items which need to be returned. Thank you for taking care of this responsibility.

SAT TESTS JUNE 7, 2008
If you need to change your test center or change your test, call ETS and see if they will do it for your. Otherwise, contact Mr. Jolley well before the day of the test and see if he can accommodate you. Standby registrations on the day of the test are very risky. See Mr. Jolley ahead of time about taking the test as a standby student. REMEMBER TO REPORT FOR THE TEST BY 7:45 a.m. YOU MUST HAVE A PHOTO ID AND YOUR REGISTRATION TICKET. Got any questions? Senior Prom and Class Trip Tickets
Tickets for Senior Prom and Class trip are now on sale in the cafeteria during all three lunches until Friday, May 16th.
Prom tickets $100
Class Trip tickets $55.00
Signed contract and permission forms must be submitted before you will receive your tickets.

Spanish Club

Spanish Club is looking for additional members. Stop by after school Tuesdays in room 1054. We have the most fun out of any Staples High School clubs!

Westport Public Library

2008 Junior Statesmen Summer Programs
